Description: The Aglione Tallo Integral Cream is obtained from the artisanal processing of very small Aglione thalli, harvested by hand, approximately 40 days before the aglioni are harvested.

The thalli, which are the stem bearing the inflorescence of the plant, are eliminated to encourage the development of the bulb. This process makes the thallus a precious and rare product, known for its delicious flavor and beneficial properties.

The Aglione thallus has a pleasant taste between asparagus, artichoke and black cabbage with an irresistible delicacy, perfect both raw and as a condiment or ingredient in cooking first and second courses, meat, poultry and fish.
