DESCRIPTION: Crema Suprema di Aglione is obtained from the processing of our giant hillside aglioni. In fact, our cultivar is located in the middle of a forest at 700 meters. above sea level. at the foot of Mount Cetona. Our garlics grow without artificial irrigation or fertilizers, drawing nourishment only from the soil, which is frequently aerated, i.e. freed from the endemic spontaneous plants that grow around the garlics in order to allow them to grow larger. This refined and imposing vegetable resembles garlic but is actually a leek, it differs in its large bulbs, but above all in its more delicate flavor due to a very low content of allicin, the substance that makes it indigestible for many and which is responsible for bad breath'.

In addition to being easily digestible and aromatic, organic Crema Suprema di Aglione is an extremely versatile food in the kitchen, excellent both raw and as a condiment or ingredient in cooking first and second courses, meat and fish.
