INGREDIENTS : organic garlic, organic sunflower oil, salt, organic chili pepper, traces of organic vinegar and citric acid.

DESCRIPTION : The Crema Supreme di Aglione is obtained from the processing of our giant hill aglioni. In fact, our cultivar is located in the middle of a forest at 700 meters. above sea level. at the foot of Mount Cetona. Our garlics grow without artificial irrigation or fertilizers, drawing nourishment only from the soil, which is frequently aerated to free it from endemic spontaneous plants, allowing the garlics to grow larger.

This refined vegetable resembles garlic but is actually a leek, with large bulbs and a more delicate flavor thanks to the low allicin content, making it immediately digestible - no stink or bad breath.

In addition to being easily digestible and aromatic, organic Crema Suprema di Aglione is extremely versatile in the kitchen, excellent both raw and as a condiment or ingredient in cooking first and second courses, meat and fish.
