DESCRIPTION : The Crema Supreme di Aglione is obtained from the processing of our giant hill aglioni. Our garlics grow without artificial irrigation or fertilizers, drawing nourishment only from the soil, which is frequently aerated to free it from endemic spontaneous plants, allowing the garlics to grow larger.
